Car-Rep Rust Stop 250ml
Car-Rep® Rust Stop anti-corrosive agent puts an efficient end to corrosion. For optimum results: Clean the surface to be treated thoroughly from any dirt, oil and loose rust. Mix the agent carefully and apply on rust using a brush. Within moments the treated surface starts turn black. This is a sign that the rust prevention process has begun. Depending on the conditions and surface, corrosion process stops within 1-3 hours after treatment (+20 °C). Polish any unevenness in the surface. Remove the dust and clean the surface with Acetone. Fillers, rust protection primers, ordinary primers or paint can be applied on top of the film.

Spray Car-Rep Etch primer 1K 400ml
Car-Rep® 1K etch/acid primer is a chromate free acid primer with excellent anti-corrosion properties. Active rust protection pigments ensure optimum corrosion protection. Also suitable as weld-through primer. Ideal on sandthroughs to bare metal. Suitable also for aluminum galvanized metal, sanded and thoroughly cleaned. Excellent sanding properties. Quick drying time. New layer can be sprayed whenever needed. The primer has good adhesion and coverage properties and can be painted over with most car paints, including water-based paints. Instructions for use: Ideal for spot and part painting. Before application, we recommend to wet-sand parts with wet-sandpaper 400-600 and to clean them with Car-Rep® prepaint cleaner. Paint several thin layers to build enough film thickness. Quick drying, new primer or topcoat layer can be applied after 10-15 minutes drying time. Do not overcoat with polyester or epoxy products.

Spray Car-Rep Filler 400ml
Acrylic based spray filler for filling scratches and surface damages. Spray and let the filler dry about 15 min. Repeat or sand if necessary. Overcoat can be applied also without sanding, either wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry. Drying depending temperature: dust-dry about 15 min, to handle about 30 min. and thoroughly dry after 24 hours.

Spray Car-Rep Filler professional 400ml
Car-Rep® professional filler spray is a high build primer filler, acrylic binder and additives. Fills scratches and surface imperfections quickly leaving a smooth surface. High spray rate, fast leveling and drying compound. Due to the acrylic base compatible with most top coats, also compatible with synthetic or nitro based primers. New layer can be applied wet-on-wet or wet-on dry. Due to its very high filling power it is recommended to apply several thin coats. Applying thick coats might impact the drying process underneath the surface. Easy sanding. After drying we recommend wet or dry papers, final grit 400-600. Spray and let the filler dry about 15-30 min. Repeat if necessary. Dry time depends on temperature and film thickness: dust-dry about 15 min, to handle about 30 min. and thoroughly dry after 24 hours. No need for another layer of primer, overcoat can be applied directly on professional filler.

Transparent Plastic Primer for plastic surfaces. Improves adhesion of paint on many other surfaces, including chrome. To plastics like ABS, EPDM, hard PVC, glass-fiber etc. Before priming check the suitability of the primer on a small surface area. Over paintable with any Car-Rep® aerosol paint.

Spraypaint Car-Rep Primer Black 500ml
Car-Rep® primers are compounds of professional car refinish priming paste, acrylic binders and pastes of car refinishing OE quality. They are designed to level smoothly, cover efficiently and dry quickly. Car-Rep® primers offer a superior adhesion. No abrasion after priming is needed. The primed area is ready to be painted immediately after priming. It is recommended however to wait for 15 minutes after priming for the best finish. Due to the acrylic base Car-Rep® primers are compatible with most of the overcoats, also with synthetic and nitro based primers. Can be applied on metal, wood, aluminum, glass, stone and many plastics. Can be primed even on galvanized surfaces or old lacquers after cleaning with Car-Rep® Grease Off. Overcoat can be applied either directly to primed surface or after wet-sanding with sandpaper of grain 400. Preparation: the surface to be painted has to be clean, dry and free of any grease. Make sure you protect adjacent surfaces not to be painted by covering them. To test paint compatibility, try out the paint first. Attention: shake the spray can for at least 2 minutes, even after the mixing granules have come loose from the bottom of the bottle, and also occasionally during painting. When painting, keep the bottle in its upright position, at the distance of ca 30 cm from the treated surface. For optimum results: apply 2-3 thin layers to the surface. Let dry between layers for 3-5 minutes, but not more than 30 minutes. To clean the nozzle, turn the bottle upside down and spray until gas is coming out of the bottle. It is recommended to wear protective clothing and goggles when painting. Touch-dry 30min, dry 24h. Sandable 45-60min
