Spraypaint Car-Rep 2K PU Clear Coat Matt 500ml

CAR-REP® 2K PU CLEAR COAT is crystal clear, high solid, extremely durable and forms a chip and UV-resistant film. It is easy to apply and immediately forms a deep and shiny surface without the risk of dripping. It can be applied to solvent borne and waterborne base coats. Dust dry in 20 min, dry to touch and water resistant in 60 min. The drying time can be boosted with shortwave infrared or baking.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Base coats: Surfaces must be dried / flashed-off before application.

Existing finishes: Surfaces must be sanded and degreased before application.

Shake the can before use. Test the spray pattern on another surface. 2 coats. Spray distance 15-20 cm. Intermediate flash-off 3-4 min, final flash-off 10 min. Drying time: 65-70 °C 30 min, 20 °C 6 hr. Drying time short wave IR equipment. Full power 15-20 min. Surface temperature 70 °C.

Can be recoated within 24 hours with or without sanding in-between. Clean the can by spraying upside down until only propellant comes out.

Ready for polishing: IR when cooled down, Baking when cooled down, 20 °C 16 hr.
