CAR-REP® 2K EPOXY FILLER is designed is designed to optimise working hours. The Epoxy mix compound ensures excellent anti-corrosion properties, high filling power, easy application and sand ability and fast drying time. Available in many colours, it minimises the cost and time of applying the base coat making 2K Epoxy Filler real value primers. 2K Epoxy Fillers are recommended to be used together with 2K Epoxy Primer. The combination of 2K Epoxy Primer, putty and 2K Epoxy creates two completely air and watertight layers and reduces working hours to a minimum. 2K Epoxy Filler can be applied outside spray booths, which saves time and costs.

FEATURES:

1. High filling power with short 3 min flash-off time

2. After 15 minutes final flash-off the surface can be infrared dried or baked

3. Semi-gloss surface, non-sanded area easy to see. Does not block sanding paper.

4. Excellent anti-corrosion and bonding properties

5. Can be coated with solvent or waterborne base coats

6. No pot life, can be used again when needed

INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean: Surfaces must be cleaned and degreased before application. Shake the can before use. Test the spray pattern on another surface. 2-3 coats. Spray distance 15-20 cm. Intermediate flash-off 3 min, final flash-off 15 min. Drying time: 20 °C 16h. Drying time short wave IR equipment (70 °C): Full power 20 min depends on the surface thickness.

Surface temperature 70 °C. 1 layer: 20 microns, 2-3 layers: 40-60 microns. Can be recoated anytime with Epoxy Filler. Clean the can by spraying upside down until only propellant comes out. Ready for sanding or base coat IR when cooled down: Baking when cooled down, 20 °C 16h
