Spraypaint ONE - Primer Grey 400ml
Maston One® spray paint is the finest multi-surface spray paint ever made, turning even the most inexperienced user into a paint professional. Maston One® can be used on almost every surface such as wood, metal, stone, plastic, glass, ceramics, dried plants and cardboard. Maston One® with is patented nozzle technology and high tech turbine-valve mixes the paint effectively with the propellant, just like in a professional spray gun. Maston One® contains 20% less propellants, 25% more binders and 4 times more colour pigments than ordinary spray paints. Thanks to this unique technology, Maston One® has a incredible coverage of 3m2 (primed color matching metal surface)! The spraying distance is reduced to only 15cm and, this means a more accurate painting experience with less spray dust and no run downs. Instructions: Instructions: Clean the surface of dust, grease and other contaminants. Shake the can for about 2-3 min. Test painting is recommended on a small, invisible area. Start painting outside the object, move slowly on the object and paint around 15 cm from the surface. First spray a very light gauzy coat, wait for about 30 seconds - 1 minute before painting a new layer. Drying time: Touch-dry 15 min., totally dry 24h. Attention! One® paint is thicker than traditional spray paints, a thinner layer is needed to cover the surface. Priming with One® primer or plastic primer is recommended before painting.

Can be applied directly over the existing rust. A very good adhesive and polishing properties. Can be painted over with most paints. Paint a test patch on invisible area first. Start spraying outside the object at distance of about 25 cm from surface and move the spray slowly on the object. Spray a thin layer first to improve adhesion. Let dry between layers for 3-5 minutes. Thereafter apply 2-3 thin cross layers on the surface and let dry. Repeat if necessary. Drying time: Touch-dry 20min. Totally dry 24 hours. Because of its unique water-based technology, Maston Zero® does not contain any added solvents making it safe to be used inside and outside with no unpleasant smells. The VOC content is reduced to only 216 g/l making the product completely non-flammable and safe to use in any environment. One cross layer is enough to create immediate coverage with a film thickness of 25 to 30 microns and no run downs. The paint can be re-coated any time, wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry. NB! Clean the drip nozzle whenever you release the nozzle. Drying time: touch-dry after 90 min and completely dry in 48 h. Primer and filler can be sanded after 12 h.
